01 Who we are and what these terms cover
TCGshopkeeper (the “Extension”) is a Chrome browser extension operated by IamLadi s.r.o., č.p. 332, 739 45 Fryčovice, Czech Republic, company ID 09877169, VAT ID CZ09877169, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava, section C, insert 84636 (“we”).

These terms govern the use of the Extension, the optional Account, and the paid PRO subscription. By installing the Extension, creating an Account, or paying for PRO you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.
The processing of personal data is described in the separate privacy policy. It forms part of these terms.
02 Definitions
- Extension — the program you install from the Chrome Web Store into Chrome or another Chromium-based browser.
- Bag — the contents of the browser’s local storage on your device: buyout lists, wishlists, settings and contract templates.
- Account — your identity on our servers, created on your first sign-in with a Google account or an email address.
- PRO — the paid features of the Extension. Which ones they are is listed on the Plans section and in the Chrome Web Store listing.
- Subscription — the recurring monthly payment for PRO.
- Cardmarket — the Cardmarket.com marketplace, operated by a third party. We are not affiliated with it.
03 The free version
You may use the free version of the Extension without an Account and without a time limit. We do not limit the number of buyout lists, cards or exports.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Extension for your own business or personal needs. You may not sell, rent, modify or reverse-engineer the Extension, or remove our marks from it, except where the law expressly allows it.
04 Account
The Account is optional. You need it only to pay for PRO, to receive free access to PRO, or to unlock PRO on another device.
You are responsible for access to your Google account and to your mailbox. Whoever signs in with your Account uses PRO on your behalf.
One vendor has one Account. You may not share the Account with another person or business. You can delete the Account at any time; § 13 of the privacy policy describes how.
05 PRO subscription
Price and payment. The price of PRO is shown in the Plans section and at checkout. For consumers it is one final price including VAT and all taxes; nothing else is charged. If you buy PRO as a business and enter a valid VAT ID from another EU state at checkout, the payment is made under the reverse-charge scheme and the price is shown without VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe; payment card details never reach us. The Subscription is paid in advance for one month.
Renewal. At the end of each monthly period the Subscription renews for another month and the payment is charged to the stored payment method. Renewal continues until you cancel.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in the Extension through the “Manage subscription” link, which takes you to the Stripe customer portal. After cancellation PRO keeps working until the end of the period already paid. We do not refund the unused part of a period, except as set out in § 06.
Failed payment. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it several times. If it still fails, the Subscription ends and PRO locks. The Bag stays on your device; you only lose access to the locked features until you pay for PRO again.
Price changes. We announce a price change on this page and in the Extension’s release notes at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from the first renewal after that period. If you do not agree with it, cancel the Subscription before then.
Discounts and free access. We may issue you a discount code tied to your Account, or give you PRO without payment. Free access is a gift, not an entitlement; we may end it at any time. PRO on that Account then locks at the next entitlement check.
06 Consumer withdrawal
If you are a consumer, that is, you do not buy PRO in the course of your business, you may withdraw from the Subscription contract within 14 days of concluding it without giving a reason (§ 1829 of the Czech Civil Code). Any unequivocal statement is enough, for example an email to [email protected]. Include the email address you use to sign in so we can find your Account; you may write from another address.
By paying for PRO you ask us to make the service available at once, before the withdrawal period ends. If you withdraw within that period, we refund the price less a proportionate part for the days PRO was available to you (§ 1834 of the Czech Civil Code). We refund by the same method you paid with, within 14 days of the withdrawal.
If you buy PRO as a business, you have no right of withdrawal under this section.
07 Cardmarket and other third parties
The Extension reads the Cardmarket page open in your browser, and only on your instruction. It buys, sells, sends and changes nothing on your behalf.
You are responsible for how you use Cardmarket. Your use of Cardmarket is governed by its own terms. Read them before you use the Extension and judge whether your use complies with them. We are not party to your relationship with Cardmarket.
We are not liable for any sanction by Cardmarket or any other third party. This includes in particular a warning, an account restriction, a suspension or closure of your account, a block on access, a loss of rating, or any other measure Cardmarket or another third party takes against you in connection with the use of the Extension. We are also not liable for damage, lost profit or other harm that such a sanction causes you.
Cardmarket may change its website at any time in a way that stops the Extension from working, in part or in whole. We will do what we can to adapt the Extension, but we do not guarantee that this will be possible, or when. A failure caused by a change on Cardmarket’s side is not a defect of the service.
The prices the Extension reads from Cardmarket are sellers’ offers at that moment. We do not guarantee their accuracy or currency. The Extension calculates the buying price and the PSA 10 grading upside from your settings; these are working figures, not a recommendation of what to pay for a card.
08 Purchase contract and accounting codes
The Extension generates a purchase contract template in Czech, based on common buyout practice. This is not legal advice. You are responsible for the content of the contract you sign, for its compliance with the law, and for the accuracy of the details in it. If in doubt, consult a lawyer or an accountant.
The evidence codes and stock codes the Extension assigns are an aid to your own records. You are responsible for your bookkeeping and tax records.
The Extension transmits nowhere the sellers’ personal data you fill into a contract. You are their controller under the GDPR (§ 10 of the privacy policy).
09 The Bag and backups
The Bag is stored only in your browser. It is not on our servers, so we cannot restore it. You are responsible for backing it up. The Extension offers a manual and an automatic weekly backup to a file; use it.
Removing the Extension from Chrome deletes the Bag. So can a browser profile reset, a reinstall of the computer, or a tool that clears browser storage. We are not liable for the loss of the Bag.
10 Availability and changes to the Extension
We provide the Extension and the Account as they are. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Account, the entitlement check or the payment service. We may change the Extension, add features, or remove them at any time; user-visible changes are listed in the release notes.
If we remove a PRO feature permanently and without replacement during a period already paid, you may cancel the Subscription and receive a proportionate refund for the rest of the period.
The Chrome Web Store updates the Extension. We cannot guarantee that an older version works with the current Cardmarket or the current Account.
11 Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are liable only for harm we caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Our total liability for all claims connected with the Extension is limited to the amount you paid us for PRO in the 12 months before the claim arose. For the free version that amount is CZK 0.
We are not liable for lost profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of the Bag, or indirect harm.
This limitation does not apply to harm to health, to harm caused intentionally, or to cases where the law does not allow liability to be limited. A consumer’s rights arising from defective performance remain unaffected.
12 Termination by us
We may suspend or end access to the Account or to PRO if you materially breach these terms, in particular if you share the Account, circumvent the entitlement check, or use the Extension to attack Cardmarket or our servers. Before ending access we ask you to remedy the breach, where a remedy is possible.
If we end access to PRO for a reason other than your breach, we refund a proportionate part of the price for the rest of the paid period.
We may stop operating the Extension. In that case we announce it at least 60 days in advance on this page and in the release notes, we no longer renew Subscriptions, and we refund a proportionate part of the price for the rest of any paid period. The free version keeps working in your browser until Chrome or Cardmarket retires it.
13 Intellectual property
The Extension, its name, graphics and text are ours. The licence in § 03 gives you no rights beyond using the Extension.
Cardmarket is a trademark of its owner. We use it only to name the website the Extension works with.
14 Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We announce a change on this page and in the Extension’s release notes at least 30 days before it takes effect. If the change affects the Subscription and you do not agree with it, you may cancel the Subscription before the effective date. By using the Extension after the effective date you accept the change.
15 Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes are decided by the courts of the Czech Republic.
If you are a consumer, you may bring a complaint to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Praha 1, adr.coi.cz, which is the body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority supervises compliance with consumer protection law.
